METABOLISM AND PHYSICAL FITNESS CHARACTERISTICS IN TABLE TENNIS PLAYERS

ABSTRACT Introduction: The physical fitness of Chinese table tennis players is critical as the continuous development in sports technologies increases demands for during competitions. And quality a problem that cannot be ignored. Objective: Analyze energy supply characteristics and its special training methods based on sport's temporal spatial actual load. Methods: Sport performance analyzed by scoring system using video kinematic analysis, scientific literature research, logical analysis methods. research athletes according to three metabolism systems developed. Considering different metabolic content specific protocol experiment. Results: Female obtained significantly higher time, density, hitting efficiency than male (P<0.05). Table sport uses mainly aerobic energy, complemented anaerobic exercises. Conclusion: medium-intensity intermittent composed short-term bursts with ball low-intensity activities without ball. Competition delivery, no oxygen-based movement. Athletes need combine exercises exercise. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
